Avalon Bay Multifamily Project in Hunt Valley

B&R Engineering Services provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for Avalon Bay at Hunt Valley Towne Centre, a $70 million upscale apartment complex on the eastern end of Hunt Valley Towne Centre.

The apartments are being built on a 6.5-acre parcel that Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Corp., developer of Hunt Valley Towne Centre, sold to AvalonBay Communities, a national residential developer.

Avalon Bay consists of 332 Class-A apartment units offering a variety of amenities, including an outdoor pool, dog park, gym and game room. The new apartment community will sit above 30 thousand square feet of retail space, owned and operated by Greenberg Gibbons, and is set to be delivering the first residential units in August.
