B&R Named MEP Design-Build Firm for Westfield Group’s Siesta Key Renovation

The Westfield Group has begun its revamp of Southgate Mall, which will ultimately lead to an addition of 46,000 sq. ft. As MEP Design-Build firm of record, B&R Construction Services is currently creating a new family room and security office, renovating restrooms and installing new interior water features and lighting fixtures. The improved space, scheduled for completion in July 2014, will feature a mix of high-end retail, restaurants, nightlife and other entertainment amid natural stone-cobbled walkways and open and closed outdoor areas.
