B&R Named MEP Design Firm for Mondawmin Mall Expansion

Mondawmin Mall is constructing a new 38,000 sq. ft. building adjacent to the demolished Motor Vehicles Administration (MVA) Building on the outer ring road at the southwest corner of the Mall site. As MEP Design firm of record, B&R Construction Services will engineer the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for this project.
The

space will allow for three new tenants, to include a Ross Dress for Less and Deal$. Mondawmin, owned by General Growth Properties, received a multi-million-dollar renovation in 2008 that included a 225,000-square-foot expansion to house Target. This latest improvement will continue the company’s efforts to provide the best possible retail center for the Baltimore community.
