B&R Named MEP Engineer for Michael’s Store in Silver Spring

Petrie Ross Ventures has begun its 21,000 sq. ft. retail space renovation for a new Michael’s store on the first floor of Ellsworth Place in Silver Spring, MD. Ellsworth Place, formerly City Place Mall, is currently undergoing base building interior mall renovations and upgrades. B&R Construction Services is working with architect Ci Design, by providing MEP renovation design services for the new Michael’s retail store based on Michael’s criteria and prototype. The retail store will include an open sales area along with a framing room, crafting rooms and warehouse space.
