B&R Selects Seasoned Engineer to Lead Commissioning and Field Services Effort

B&R Construction Services has announced that J. Thomas Federline Jr., PE, CxA, has joined the firm as a Commissioning and Field Services Manager.

Tom has over 30 years of experience in the M/E/P engineering field, having worked as a commissioning agent, field services engineer, and mechanical project manager on a variety of commercial, laboratory research, governmental, institutional and sports facility projects. Tom’s dedication to the engineering and design industry is evident through his deep-rooted commitment from project initiation through final completion and testing. He is also a member of the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) and American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE).

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland College Park and holds a professional engineering license in the state of Maryland. He is also a Certified Commissioning Authority and Certified Plumbing Designer.
