Final Phase of American Dream Meadowlands Commences

Located in the New Jersey Meadowlands, American Dream Meadowlands™, developed by Tripile Five Worldwide (T5), will be one of the largest and most unique shopping, entertainment and tourism centers in the world.This 2.9 million sq. ft. project will feature 300 stores; 50 restaurants; a live performing arts theater; a multi-screen, luxury movie theater; an indoor amusement park, ski and snowboard park, water park and ice skating rink; indoor skydiving; bowling; a Legoland Discovery Center; an aquarium; and miniature golf. As the MEP Design-Build firm of record, B&R Construction Services has embarked on the final construction phase of the project, which is anticipated to complete in October 2014. Engineering started in 2012, and construction management began first quarter 2013.
