Kimco Realty Hires B&R for Pentagon Centre Parking Deck

B&R Construction Services is providing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering Design and Consulting Services for an open-air parking garage at Pentagon Centre in Arlington, VA.

The project, being designed by L2M Architects, is a new 400-car, seven-story garage including 6,000 SF of shell retail space on the lower level and a small green roof on the upper level.

B&R is providing MEP Engineering design services, including main electrical service and distribution along with the dry utility design of an electric duct bank, parking lot lighting and additional street lights as needed. Construction on the project began last month and is anticipated for completion in November 2015.
