B&R is working for the Cordish Company to design and build the dry utility relocation around the new proposed Hotel at Arundel Mills mall. Maryland Live! Casino is located at Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover, Maryland, just twelve miles south of Baltimore. The $500 million casino, which opened in June of 2012, is one of the largest in the country. Maryland Live! Casino has over 4,000 electronic tables and over 200 live gambling tables as well as multiple different eateries, restaurants and retail stores.

Cordish is currently in the process of building a $200 million 17 floor hotel attached to casino as well as a 1,500 seat event center, day spa, multiple restaurants and 1,000 more parking spaces.
