Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Officially Opens New $160 Million Wing at Westfield Garden State Plaza

Monday, Mar 24, 2014

Westfield recently cut the ceremonial ribbon to celebrate the official opening of its new 55,000 square foot Fashion District, making the largest mall in New Jersey even bigger. The new wing includes two floors of 22 new stores and restaurants, as well as an array of six 7-feet tall, high-definition touch screens shoppers can use to assist in their search for products. The event on March 20th was the first in a series of festive opening events that will be held every Saturday until May 3, including fashion shows, prizes, live music and food samples for the community. B&R Construction Services provided MEP Design-Build services for the project.
