Rockwood Capital/Petrie Richardson Ventures Taps B&R for Ellsworth Place

B&R has been tapped by Rockwood Capital/Petrie Richardson Ventures and Ci Design, Inc to provide M/E/P engineering design for various retail tenants at Ellsworth Place in Silver Spring, MD. Services include the design for landlord services to various tenant spaces including Dave & Buster’s, Forever 21, Not Your Average Joe’s and Footlocker. B&R has already completed the design for the tenant fit outs of Michael’s and TJ Maxx based on tenant prototypes and requirements from Ross.
